About Down Below Physio

I'm a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and a Clinical Specialist in Pregnancy and Postnatal Care and I'm really excited to support you as you prepare to birth your baby.

My motivation for creating this course was a deep desire to empower women like you to feel prepared and calm for vaginal delivery, and to combine education about the stages of labour, hormones, anatomy with practical strategies like perineal massage, birth positions, counterpressure techniques to ease contractions and more. This is truly a merging of simple-to-digest information and effective strategy that will help to prepare you for the positive birth experience that you would like to have.
