When can I start the programme? 

You can begin the programme from around 6 weeks postnatal, or as soon as your scar is fully healed—that means it’s completely closed and infection-free. Always get the all-clear from your healthcare provider first.

But here’s the important part: it’s never too late to start.

I hate core exercise; it's so boring and hard!

Don't worry, I've got you! My approach to core exercise is different. I've tried and tested what does and doesn't work so you don't have to. Working on your core won't be soul-destroying, I promise! 

I focus on technique and form first and level up the intensity gradually as you get stronger. And bite-sized segments of core that fit into a busy mum life is critical for consistency and results!

And of course, the golden rule: little and often - consistency is key. 

 

But I don't like touching my scar.

I start with the absolute basics and strategies to make this easier. 

You can by-pass these if you are happily touching your scar already, but don’t worry, I’ve helped a lot of clients with this over the years. 

 

Do I need much equipment for this course?

All you’ll need is:

  • A set of mini resistance bands
