Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy can treat the issues you have “down below”, such as Bladder or Bowel Dysfunction, Pelvic Organ Prolapse or Pelvic Pain.

You can have relief and freedom from your Pelvic Floor symptoms, without pads or embarrassing leaks. You can have control again and get back to being you!

Your Pelvic Floor may be weak or overactive, I can assess this for you. I can teach you how to do pelvic floor exercises correctly and keep you motivated with a structured plan.

It's great to take care of issues early, but it's also never too late to start making things better for yourself. You deserve to enjoy the freedom that comes from a healthy, well-functioning Pelvic Floor.

I can do a vaginal examination as part of a Pelvic Health appointment, but only if you're happy with that. I can also assess and advise without it as well, including doing Online Pelvic Health Consultations.

Separation of the abdominal muscles commonly happens with pregnancy (you may notice doming or bulging at the midline).

C Section scars often have areas of thickened adhesions either on the surface layer or in the deeper layers which benefit from C Section scar tissue massage and mobilisation strategies.

Your abdominal muscles in general need to be re-conditioned after the stretch weakness that they experience during pregnancy. It can be hard to know where to start, what to do, what’s safe.

I can help assess your abdominal muscles postnatal and provide you with the guidance to mobilise, strengthen and tone them effectively.
