I hate core exercise; it's so boring and hard!
Don't worry, I've got you! My approach to core exercise is different. I've tried and tested what does and doesn't work so you don't have to. Working on your core won't be soul-destroying, I promise!Â
I focus on technique and form first and level up the intensity gradually as you get stronger. And bite-sized segments of core that fit into a busy mum life is critical for consistency and results!
And of course, the golden rule: little and often - consistency is key.Â
